From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. A fiery hot sauce...from Morocco and very similar to Mexican hot sauce, etc.

1 1/2 teaspoons crushed dried red chile pepper, or use cayenne
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, very finely minced
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

Mince, smash, combine to make a thin paste. Serve with couscous and grilled meats, etc.
