Cream Cheese and Garlic Dip

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. This is a good time to clean out that cheese drawer! Use a combination of soft creamy cheeses, or use the sour cream. Keep it smooth and flavorful and dip away!

3 - 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup or so of soft brie or sour cream, or other soft creamy cheese
1 - 2 tablespoons white wine or sherry, or water or vegetable broth
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
6-8 cloves garlic, finely minced
freshly ground pepper, as desired

corn chips, crackers or bread slices as desired
fresh vegetable sticks, (carrots, celery, radishes, etc. etc.)

In a bowl, blend together the cheeses to make a smooth mixture, adding the wine, Worcestershire, minced garlic and ground pepper. Place in a beautiful bowl, arrange crackers or bread and vegetable sticks around and serve.
