Fluffy Creamy White Frosting for Cakes, etc.

8 oz. mascarpone cheese
2 teaspoons real vanilla extract, or vanilla bean paste
1 teaspoon cinnamon, if desired
pinch sea salt
1 cup,, pehaps a bit more, organic powdered sugar
2 cups heavy whipping cream
In a bowl blend together the mascarpone, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Blend in the powdered sugar to make a smooth mixture. Whip the cream, and then gently fold it in. Spread and pile onto cooled cake, adding any decorations as desired.
