Chia Seed and Almond Milk Dessert

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at

1 cup Greek yogurt
1 cup almond milk, or hemp milk, etc.
2 tablespoons honey, or maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste or vanilla
1/4 cup chia seeds
fresh strawberries, or other fruits, for serving

Combine yogurt, milk, honey, vanilla and chia seeds. Refrigerate several hours, or overnight. Serve with wonderful sliced fresh fruits of the season.
