Maine "Baked" Beans

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at Cook up some beans from scratch if youu have the time to do that. Otherwise, throw this one together and heat it a cast iron skillet. Not exactly like the traditional "bean hole beans".

1 box (13 oz.) of already cooked, no salt added kidney beans
1 tablespoon catsup
1 tablespoon horseradish mustard
1 tablespoon molasses or sorghum
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
freshly ground pepper

Combine all ingredients in cast iron skillet, or other heavy bottomed saute pan. Heat gently, stirring often, for about 10 - 15 minutes or more or until hot and flavorful. Serve.
