Parsley, Sage, Rosemary, and Thyme Salad
From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. A perfect combination of fresh herbs to make a nice salad dressing, and is especially nice served with a ham dinner. (Ham it up with music, too!) This also can be served as a sauce with sliced ham instead of making a salad, or add the diced ham to the salad...
1/2 - 3/4 cup fresh parsley
Either very finely mince the herbs, or puree them in food processor, adding the salt, pepper, and catsup to make a smooth mixture. Whisk or whirl in the olive oil. Toss with the greens and serve.
