Parsley, Sage, Rosemary, and Thyme Salad

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at A perfect combination of fresh herbs to make a nice salad dressing, and is especially nice served with a ham dinner. (Ham it up with music, too!) This also can be served as a sauce with sliced ham instead of making a salad, or add the diced ham to the salad...

1/2 - 3/4 cup fresh parsley
3-4 fresh sage leaves
1-2 tablespoons fresh rosemary
1-2 teaspoons fresh thyme
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
freshly ground pepper
1 tablespoon organic catsup, or tomato paste, etc.
1/3 - 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
fresh greens, as desired (iceberg, bibb lettuce, romaine, baby greens...)

Either very finely mince the herbs, or puree them in food processor, adding the salt, pepper, and catsup to make a smooth mixture. Whisk or whirl in the olive oil. Toss with the greens and serve.
