Such a fabulous combination, and perfect to serve with Asian foods especially. fresh kale leaves Wash and dry the kale leaves. Remove as much (or not) of the center core and stems of the leaves. Roll up and then finely cut into small strips and place in a bowl. Toss in the lemon juice and olive oil adding enough to nicely "coat" the kale. With your fingers, massage the dressing into the kale as much as possible. Allow to stand about 10 minutes. In meantime, peel and dice the mango and kiwi into a bowl, adding the syrup or honey and salt and pepper. Toss mixture into the kale and serve. Recipe created 2015-04-06. © 1996-2013 Dorothy McNett.
