Bandito Salsa

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. Steal some celery, onion, jalapenos and a banana from a field or two and make this salsa to go with tortilla chips. (Just kidding!!! Do NOT steal anytime, anywhere, anything! Just create and enjoy your life, and share generously with the people around you!).

3-4 stalks of celery, any green leaves included
1/2 cup chopped large shallot or medium purple onion
1-2 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped (you decide how much heat you can take)
1/2 teaspoon semi coarse sea salt (Monterey Bay Salt Ca.)
zest and juice of 1 lime or lemon
1 teaspoon raw sugar
1 California avocado, mashed
1 -2 bananas. sliced and diced
corn chips, tortilla chips

Chop and dice and combine in a bowl and serve with plenty of chips for dipping, and lots of great friends and family!
