Welcoming Wine...also known as KIR

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. Creme d' cassis is a black currant liqueur usually available at most liqueur stores. I got ours at Bottles and Bins Liqueur Store,

1 teaspoon creme d' cassis, perhaps a tad bit more
chilled sparkling white wine (champagne, cava, prosecco)

Put the cassis in stemmed glasses and slowly pour in the chilled sparkling wine. Hand to your guests as they arrive. A wonderful WELCOMING WINE!
