Strawberry Sorbet

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at

4 -5 cups fresh strawberries
1/4 cup raw sugar
3 tablespoons apple juice, or water or other juice as desired

Wash and remove stems from berries and then freeze them overnight, or about 8 hours to have them solidly frozen. Combine the apple juice and the raw sugar in a cup and refrigerate to keep it nice and cold. Using food processor with steel chopping blade in place, whirl the frozen berries with the sugar/juice mix to make the sorbet! Serve right away, or put into a bowl, cover and put back into the freezer.
