Endive and Gouda "Cookie" AppetizersFrom Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. 1 cup all purpose unbleached flour Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In food processor, combine flour, baking powder, pepper, nutmeg, cheese and butter and whirl to make a dough. Shape into a flat ball and roll out using a lightly floured work surface and rolling pin to about 1/4 inch thickness. Cut with a round cookie cutter, or just cut into squares using a knife. Place on silicone lined baking sheets and bake about 10 - 12 minutes or until nicely browned and done. Cool.
