Almond Paste

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at

1 1/2 cups whole almonds (blanched or raw)
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 egg white
1 teaspoon almond extract
1/8 teaspoon salt

Pulse the almonds in food processor to make a fine flour like consistency and then add remaining ingredients and process just to make a paste.
