Flour Tortilla Vegetable Sandwich
Better then standing in line at any fast-food joint and the combinations are endless!
left-over cooked vegetables
Place flour tortilla on plate. Add cheese. Microwave on High 30 seconds to melt cheese. Heat desired vegetables or beans in microwave for 1-2 minutes. Add hot vegetables, lettuce and cilantro to tortilla. Roll up and enjoy!
