After it has melted you can add some finely chopped nuts, or cocoa nibs, etc. as desired. 1 cup dark chocolate chips Put chocolate chips in a glass measuring cup or bowl and pour in the milk. Heat in microwave 1 minute. Stir, and if the chocolate is not totally melted, add another 30 seconds and stir well. Serve over cakes, ice cream, etc. and can be served warm or room temperature.
