Nants' Mushrooms

1 1/2 pounds mushrooms
2 bell peppers (vary colors for visual interest) chopped into one-inch squares
2 onions chopped finely
1/2 cup butter

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup Red Wine
Salt and pepper to taste

Wash the mushrooms, and halve them. Sauté the pepper and onion. Prepare the sauce and pour it on the vegetables, adding mushrooms. Simmer for 45 minutes.
