Black Olive Paste

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at Make and use within 1 - 2 days. Great for a sandwich spread, and of course for toasted bread slices for an appetizer with cheeses, etc.

1 cup pitted black olives, drained
2 cloves garlic
1 - 1/2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
pinch of sea salt

In food processor with steel chopping blade in place, whirl the olives and garlic to make they finely chopped. Add the oil and salt and whirl to make a paste.
