This is a great sauce to serve with Portuguese Pork Loin along with the typical Anchovy Butter Sauce so that there is a nice sauce (or two) to please everyone's taste buds! This recipe can easily be cut in half if desired. 3 cloves garlic First cook the eggs, peel and set aside to cool. In food processor or blender, whirl the garlic and then the onion along with the parsley. Add the eggs, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and paprika and whirl to make a sauce.
