Kona Coffee Chocolate Sauce
From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. Serve as a drizzling sauce over cakes, puddings, ice cream etc.
2 cups dark chocolate chips
Place all ingredients in glass or ceramic batter bowl. Melt in microwave 2 minutes. Stir, and heat another 1 - 2 minutes to make a nice sauce, adding some coffee powder if desired to give it a "coffee boost"! Serve hot, warm, or at room temperature. It will thicken up as it cools.
