Use on bread slices as an appetizer or spread over a wedge of softened cream cheese! 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil In saucepan heat the oil and then add the chopped onion, garlic, parsley, chives, lemon zest and juice, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and spices. Bring to a boil, cook 3 - 4 minutes to dissolve the sugar and to soften the onions, etc. Add the baby shrimp. Set aside to cool a bit.
