Gruner Salat ala Mozart

1 head delicate butter lettuce
3-4 or more radishes (or horseradish root)
3 tablespoons water or white wine
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 teaspoon raw sugar or honey
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
Very carefully wash and dry the lettuce and gently tear the leaves into bite sized pieces. Slice or dice the radishes and add to the lettuce in a beautiful salad bowl. In a glass measuring cup, whisk the water or wine with the olive oil, adding the vinegar, sugar, salt and mustard. Whisk well and then toss into the salad and serve.
