Yummy! 1 3/4 cups grated Gouda cheese Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Use a food processor with steel chopping blade in place, or mix carefully by hand. Place grated cheese, flour, baking powder, pepper and nutmeg in the bowl and process to blend. Add the butter and process just to make a nice dough. On a lightlhy floured surface roll the dough out and cut with cookie cutters or with a knife. Place on a silicone lined baking sheet and bake about 9 - 10 minutes or until nicely browned.
