Feta and Cantalope Tidbits

Cut the melon into slices or cubes and arrange on a beautiful platter. Scatter with crumbled feta cheese and serve as a great appetizer. You can also use the melon halves as a nice serving bowl filled with melon balls or cubes and sprinkled with lots of feta.
