Herb Yoghurt Dip or Dressing

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. Rich and creamy! Makes a great dip for a variety of apple slices arranged on a beautiful platter. Also wonderful to serve with fresh cooked prawns, fish, chicken, etc...

4 cloves garlic
1/2 cup fresh dill
1/2 cup fresh parsley
1/2 cup fresh basil
2 green onions
zest and juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup plain yoghurt
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

apple slices, lettuce, cooked prawns, etc. as desired!

In food processor with steel chopping blade in place (or use a blender) with the motor running drop in the garlic cloves to mince finely. Now put the dill, parsley, basil, green onions, zest and juice of the lemon and whirl to make a smooth mixture. Add the mayonnaise, yoghurt and olive oil and pulse to make a nice smooth dressing.
