Won Ton Chips

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. Make these for a wonderful Asian appetizer along with dips, sauces, cheeses, etc.

10 - 12 won ton wrappers
about 1 tablespoon oil or melted butter
sprinkles of sea salt and pepper, as desired
sesame seeds, etc. as desired

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut the won tons into diagonal or triangle shapes and arrange on baking sheet without having them touching. Brush each with oil or melted butter and sprinkle on some salt, pepper, sesame seeds, etc. as desired. Bake about 7 - 8 minutes or until crispy and golden browned.
