Goat cheese and Watermelon Appetizers

watermelon sliced into bite sized pieces
small tender baby lettuce leaf, or mint leaf
1/2 - 1 teaspoon goat cheese per serving
baby tomatoes

Slice watermelon into bit sized cubes or pieces. Top with a very tender baby lettuce or mint leaf. Top with goat cheese and then with a baby tomato, cut in half if necessary. Serve with slices of prosciutto on the side.
