Shrimp Remoulade Salad

3-4 green onions
Very finely dice the onions, celery, garlic and parsley, or use a food processor and whirl them to make a paste. Add the mustard, paprika, salt and pepper. Blend in the vinegar and olive oil. Arrange the cooked prawns or shrimp on a nice bed of crispy salad greens and pour the dressing over. Serve!
