Most commonly served at brunch made with 1 cup milk, 2 oz. brandy, a few drops of vanilla, 1 teaspoon powdered sugar and about 3 ice cubes all shaken in a cocktail skaker. But with ice cream instead of ice cubes it makes a nice after dinner dessert! Cheers!! This makes about 4 servings and is easy to double to make 8 - 10 servings. 1 cup softened or melted vanilla ice cream Whisk the brandy into the softened or melted ice cream and pour into small demi cups or cocktail glasses. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Recipe created 2016-09-18. © 1996-2013 Dorothy McNett. All Rights Reserved. |
