Crispy Greens with Fresh Fruit Salad

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. This is always a good combo, but is especially nice served with fondues, etc.
If you have some cooked baby shnrimp or prawns, they are great with this as well. Just toss them in, eat, and enjoy!

1 head iceberg lettuce or romaine, or a combo
1/2 cup or more of fresh blueberries (or dried ones)
about 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup lightly salted roasted almonds, chopped

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons poppy seeds
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1/4 cup white wine or sherry vinegar
2 tablespoons raw sugar
1/4 teaspoon paprika (regular or smoked)
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 -3 tablespoons very finely minced chives or green onions
pinches of sea salt and freshly ground pepper

Tear the crispy greens into serving pieces and place in a beautiful salad bowl and toss in the blueberries, strawberries and almonds. In a glass measuring cup, whisk the olive oil with the seeds, vinegar, sugar, paprika, Worcestershire, minced chives or onions, salt and pepper. Toss into the salad and serve!
