Smoked Salmon and Water Crackers

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at Make a great appetizer platter with asorted Irish cheeses! Create!

thin slices of smoked salmon
Irish cheeses (Dubliner Cheddar... Dubliner Cheese with Irish Stout...)
soft butter
snipped fresh parsley, dill, tarragon, etc.....
water crackers

Cut bite sized pieces of some cheeses and wrap them with the thin slices of smoked salmon to make a finger food appetizer. If needed and desired, soften some butter and blend in snipped fresh herbs, parsley, etc. and spread over some water crackers, adding chunks of cheeses and smoked salmon as desired! Create!!
