Smoked Salmon and Water Crackers

thin slices of smoked salmon
Cut bite sized pieces of some cheeses and wrap them with the thin slices of smoked salmon to make a finger food appetizer. If needed and desired, soften some butter and blend in snipped fresh herbs, parsley, etc. and spread over some water crackers, adding chunks of cheeses and smoked salmon as desired! Create!!
