Ham Sauce

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. Make this to spread over a ham while it is baking, or use it as a nice serving sauce, etc.

1/3 cup apricot or orange marmalade (or other jams as desired)
1 teaspoon dry mustard powder
1/3 cup raw sugar
1 tablespoon all purpose unbleached flour
2 tablespoons juice (orange, pineapple, or even red or white wine or sherry!)

Combine all ingredients, adding more or less juice or wine to give a desired consistency. Use as a spreading sauce over ham before baking it, or use as a serving sauce with the cooked ham.
