Guatemalan Pineapple SalsaFrom Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. Rum is used in a lot of Guatemalan foods and it makes a very interesting salsa to say the least! 3 cups pineapple cut into 1 inch cubes Use a blender or a food processor. Cut everything into chunks and then process with all of the ingredients until smooth.
