Prosciutto, Dates, and Blue Cheese Appetizers

Simply tuck some blue cheese into each date and then cut prosciutto into rectangular pieces and wrap it around the date,, pinching the seam together as needed. Arrange the baby greens on a serving plate and place the prosciutto bundles on top and then lightly drizzle with some balsamic vinegar. Serve!
