A combination of popular tastes to make a super sweet addition to any dessert or just to serve alone! 1/2 cup unsalted butter In glass batter bowl, melt the butter in microwave for 30 - 45 seconds. Blend in sugar, salt and coconut. Shape into 1 inch balls and place on a parchment lined plate or baking sheet. Press each down in the center to form a small dent. In glass measuring cup melt the chocolate 30 seconds in microwave, adding another 30 seconds or more to melt completly. Stir in finely ground coffee beans.
