Serve with ice cream or other puddings or cakes for a nice summertime dessert. 3 - 4 fresh peaches Wash but do not peel the peaches, just tidy them up a bit if needed, removing the pits. Cut peaches into nice slices and place in a batter bowl and add the wine, sugar and cinnamon. Cover and chill for several hours or overnight.
