From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. A great frozen dessert or hot afternoon treat! And, a good way to use those almost over-ripe bananas on your counter.
Place the unpeeled bananas in the freezer for several hours or overnight. Now remove the peels and cut the bananas into chunks. Chop them in your food processor or blender, adding the cocoa, peanut butter and vanilla to make a sherbet or smoothie like consistency. Eat and enjoy!
