A great street food snack, or an elegant dinner party appetizer. about 24 slices of dry Italian salami Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice salami fairly thin or use pre-sliced salami. Place slices out flat (not touching one another) on a silicone or parchment lined baking sheet. Bake 12 - 15 minutes or until crispy. In a bowl finely snip the basil and gently toss in the tomato halves.
