Pesto and Pasta

cooked pasta of your choice (so many sizes and shapes to choose from!)
Cook the pasta according to the package directions and when done drain and place in a serving bowl and toss in the olive oil. Set aside.In food process or blender, whirl the garlic to mash it up nicely and then add the walnuts and blend. Add the zest and juice, sage leaves, avocados, salt and pepper and blend to make a nice smooth mix. Toss into the hot, warm, or cold pasta and serve.
