Christmas Candy Plate

1/2 pound peppermint round candies
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Unwrap the candies. Cut a circle of parchment paper and line the bottom of a 9 or 10 inch removable bottom cheesecake pan. Brush with just a tiny bit of olive oil. Arrange the candies in a single layer circle, and touching slightly. Bake 5 - 8 minutes or until melted. Cool completely and then remove from the pan and carefully from the paper. Use as an edible candy plate, with other candies and desserts as desired.
