Dundee Lamb ChopsFrom Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. Great served with mashed potatoes or a potato casserole on the side. How about Rumbledethumps!!! 4 lamb chops Heat the butter in a heavy bottomed skillet and then brown the chops for several minutes. Sprinkle each with the ginger, paprika, salt and pepper. Add the water and vinegar. Top each chop with a generous tablespoon of marmalade. Cover, and cook over low heat for about 25 - 30 minutes. Serve with snipped chives and an orange slice on each.
