Spinach and Apple Salad
From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnedtt.com. Serve this anytime and with anything as these flavors add so much zip! Great with cheese fondues, and more.
5 - 6 cups fresh spinach leaves
Wash and dry the spinach, tearing larger leaves as needed and desired. Place in beautiful salad bowl. Dice up the unpeeled apples and add to the greens along with the raisins, peanuts, green onions and sesame seeds. In glass measuring cup whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, chutney, curry powder, mustard, salt and pepper to make a nice dressing and pour over the salad, toss, and serve!
