Enjoy! 4 cloves garlic In food procesor with steel chopping blade in place whirl the garlic to turn it nice and mushy. Add the peas and mint leaves and blend. Add the zest and juice of the lemon, olive oil, salt and cayenne and whirl to make it smooth, adding more oil if needed for your desired consistency.
