Dipping Sauce or Dressing

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. Use as a dip for vegetable appetizers, breadsticks, and also use it for a dressing or a dip for kebabs, etc.

2 cloves garlic
1 - 2 hot chili peppers, as desired
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
juice of 1 lime
2 teaspoons raw sugar
1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
freshly ground pepper
3/4 cup plain yogurt

In food processor with steel chopping blade in place, whirl the garlic and peppers to chop finely and then add cilantro and finely chop it. Blend in remaining ingredients. It is best to refrigerate it for 30 minutes or even hours, but can also be used now.
