Hot Cinnamon Applesauce
From Dorothy McNett's Recipe Book at www.dorothymcnett.com.
3-4 apples, peeled
1/3 cup sugar
3-4 drops cinnamon oil
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Place all ingredients in glass or ceramic batter bowl. Cover. Microwave on high for 7 minutes, or until apples are done. Mash with a potato masher or fork.
