Olive Oiled Chicken Breasts!

1 - 2 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
Cut chicken into strips or pieces, coat with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika. Heat a skillet with some more olive oil, cook chicken several minutes until done. Add more seasonings as desired. OR arrange on a glass or ceramic plate, cover with a piece of waxed paper. Cook in microwave 2 - 3 minutes per breast, or until done.
