Cole Slaw with Russian Dressing
From Dorothy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. Especially used for making a typical New Jersey Sloppy Joe.
3 - 4 cups freshly shredded cabbage
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup catsup
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 - 2 tablespoons very finely chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Finely shred the cabbage and place in a bowl. In glass measuring cup whisk together the mayonnaise, catsup, vinegar, chopped onion, salt and pepper and toss into the cabbage.
