Smoked Salmon (kipper) with Cumberland Sauce

From Dorotnhy McNett's recipes at www.dorothymcnett.com. Kipper is a whole smoked juicy fat herring, but salmon has lately become an alternative. Use whatever you can get! Smoked is important.

sliced bread of any kind, small pieces
salmon steaks or fillets, smoked
Cumberland sauce (see recipe)
fresh parsley for topping

Arrange bread on serving platter and top with pieces of smoked salmon and drizzle with some cumberland sauce and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve!!
