Irish Chocolate Shamrocks

1/2 pound dark chocolate chips
1/3 cup corn syrup

Combine chocolate chips and syrup in a glass measuring cup and melt in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir and add more time if needed to get it melted nicely. Allow to stand at room temperature to firm up, refrigerating even for a rew hours or overnight if desired. When ready to make the shamrocks, just simply roll out or pat out the chocolate on a parchment lined sheet and cut with a heart shaped cookie cutter and shape 3 of them together to make your shamrock or shamrocks!
