Coleslaw with Big Sur Flavors!

From Dorothy McNett's recipes at Traditional of the area, using Best Foods Mayonnaise!

2 - 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon raw sugar
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon Chinese hot mustard
3/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
a few grindings of pepper
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1 small - medium head fresh cabbage
paprika for garnish
black olive for garnish

In measuring cup whisk together the minced garlic, mayonnaise, sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper and then gradually whisk in the vinegar. Trim the cabbage and slice into nice serving sized pieces and place in salad bowl. Toss in the dressing and then garnish with paprika and black olives.
