Apricot Punch

6 - 8 ripe apricots, pitted
1 cup apple juice
3-4 ice cubes
1 cup ginger ale
Blend apricots in blender or processor, add apple juice and ice cubes and process to a fluffy mixture. Slowly blend in the ginger ale. Pour into 2-3 beautiful glasses and serve.
