See Also: Asian · Meat Dishes · Vegetable Dishes Tomato Beef3/4 pound lean beef steak, cut into 1 1/2 inch wide strips across the grain and about 1/8 inch thick, or 2-3 smoked chicken apple sausages Dredge the beef slices with cornstarch. Heat the oil in a wok or skillet, and then quickly add the beef strips or the sausage chunks, green onions, and garlic. Stir fry until done.
